Apply for your micro-grant – it’s easy!

Have you found one or more partner schools and agreed on the nature and timing of your activity? Now all you have to do is complete a short online form to apply for your ImmersART micro-grant.

To complete the micro-grant application, please have the following information on hand:

  • Name of the partner school
  • Name and contact information of the resource person at the school
  • Place and expected time of the activity
  • Expected number of participants
  • Target grades
  • Amount allocated for student transportation (if applicable)

Plan one step at a time

Step 1

Contact a French immersion high school

Plan an artistic, cultural or heritage activity jointly with a French immersion junior or senior high school. Once the school has confirmed the nature and date of the activity, you can move on to the next step.

Prepare your application

Create a user profile for your non-profit if this is your first micro-grant application.

Fill in and submit the application.

Step 3

Get your application approved

Your application will be checked fy the Fédération culturelle canadienne-française, which is in charge of the ImmersART program, and approved by the designated school liaison.

You will receive your micro-grant within 10 days after your application is approved.

Hold the activity

Hold your activity and let the students enjoy an authentic artistic, cultural or heritage experience.

Share the #ImmersART experience

Post at least one photo taken during the activity on social media, using the #ImmersART hashtag.

Fill in the appreciation survey sent out by the ImmersART team.
